If your date of manufacture is April 2008 or newer or if you have recently sent your 360 to M$ for repair you might have the new Lite-On type drive. It looks just like the Ben-Q but requires a different hack than what I have in any of the guides here. To tell the difference between the two types just remove the faceplate as shown in the pic above. Look into the hole in the area I circled. If you have a white wire you have a Ben-Q version, Yellow wire is the Lite-On.
